Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping is by UPS Ground or Common Carrier with products typically shipping within 1 to 3 weeks from receipt of order - depending on nature of product ordered. Palmer SHIELDS will begin shipping April 6, 2020.

Estimate shipping costs are made available at the time of order, however, due to the oversize nature of many of our fixture and display products, we are unable to determine actual shipping costs at checkout. As such ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT. For estimating purposes only we suggest that you plan on a final shipping cost of around 17 percent.

If necessary, arrangements can be made to schedule or delay order shipment or request an inside store delivery.

Damage and/or Return Policy

Approvals for cancellations must be given by Palmer Promotional Products before any item is shipped. Contact our customer service department at (586) 772-4225.
All orders are final once shipped. Defective products will be replaced without charge.

Returns: All returns require an RMA# from our customer service department before any product is sent back.  Return shipments without and RMA# will be refused. Only currently stocked items that are still in new condition will be accepted for refund and may be subject to a restocking fee determined at the time a request for RMA is made. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damage: All damage must be reported to our customer service department within 24 hours.  All fixtures, i.e. cash wraps, floor displays, wall units, kiosks etc. must be inspected very carefully.

IMPORTANT: Customers must inspect all items for obvious damage to cartons before the truck driver leaves the site. If any damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately if damage is found. Even if no external damage to cartons is found the packaging should still be removed and the contents inspected for concealed damage which must be reported to us within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the shipping company.

At the time damage is reported to us we will determine with the end user how best to proceed (replacement or repair) which will be done at no charge as long as the above conditions have been met.
